The Comfort of Home is a three bedroom Victorian Terraced House on a pedestrian only street in the Centre of Exeter. Waitrose is next door. It is within walking distance of the RD and E and the high street is about a 10 min walk.

 

The bedrooms are a King, Double and one generous single. All Linens and towels are included and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need . There is a patio for outside dining . We do not allow pets but children of any age are welcome. There is a full bathtub and a good shower. Big screen satellite TV and high speed Internet (Virgin) We offer self-check in via a lockbox at the front door.

 

Parking is free, we leave vouchers to be used for resident area C of which there are several places near the house. Cleaning is done according to Covid-19 regulation with staff wearing mask and gloves and sanitizing the entire house.

 

Prices can vary but to keep things simple the basic rate is 200GBP per night for 1-5 persons there are no discounts at this time according to the number of persons. Please contact us directly to book, we do not at this time accept credit card but happily Bank transfers.
